| insurance scam |
Been with verizon several months purchase the razr from a third party vendor. Ask if my insurance would cover and of course they say yes. Phone ends up with a factory defect and tell that its not covered. Told me they don't cover phones purchased through amazon wirefly and several others, but yet they charged me for insurance go figure. Not anywhere in the asurion contrat does it say that. It says imei,esn,meid of wireless is in verizon records @ time of incident and time logged in before incident. And tell them that your recording the conversation too and they hang up.
