Bait and switch

Was told when I upgraded my 2 teenagers to iPhones that they would be grandfathered in on my plan and get unlimited data. Sure enough, that was not the case. I even told the rep before I signed that I wouldn't sign UNLESS it was unlimited data. I hate Verrizon. Nice bait and switch.
