Im freaking loving it... Verizon Lover? I really commend the ppl who wanted to look themselves in the mirror and not rip ppl off for a living.. i know that when i call in to verizon executive offices i really let them have it
i hope i can get everyone to quit... money really means nothing when you can relate to getting ripped off and walked all over. You'd rather sleep than be a rippoff artist... Congratulations... TWC is very awsm... they keep it real and they let you know what to expect Verizon ppl why dont you go there... help TWC become just as big for their awsm customer service and the fir bills they make sure you can understand... Dang i reall miss twc... BUT verizon slammed me..

I worked for VZW for two months as a sales rep. My numbers were in the top 25% of the district so it sure wasn't that I couldn't sell. I got disgusted watching people flat out lie to customers and decided it was time to go when my store manager suggested I do the same. Make no mistake about it. They tell reps to screw the customer in the name of sales because VZW KNOWS that customer is stuck for 2 years.
I also know many VZW reps purposely add features such as VZ Navigator and VZ Video to accounts without telling them so they get a commission on the feature sales. Since it is only $10 a month, the customer usually doesn't even notice until the sales rep has been paid for the feature. And when they call customer service to complain, they find a note from the sales rep on the account saying the customer wanted it. When I hear that anyone who walks into my establishment for my services works for VZ or BOA, I give them the same shitty treatment and see how long it takes before they get the fuck out on their own.
