insurance not removed

I recently moved from east coast to midwest and changed from family plan to individual plan. I asked them to drop the insurance in November 2006 and I thought it was dropped. Well, No it was not removed, I have been paying insurance all this time and I noticed yesterday that i was being billed, I called immediately and asked WTF. They removed it and gave me $10 credit, but still its inexcusable.
