| They Keep Taking My Money! |
I canceled my service with Verizon in Aug 2006. I have now had FIVE customer service calls to try to stop them from automatically taking $5.50 out of my account each month. Sometimes they stopped for a month, sometime they've credited me back the charge. They are always rather nice on the phone. BUT THEN THEY KEEP TAKING MY MONEY! They acknowledge that my account is closed. They say they are erasing the information so they can no longer take money from my account. But then it keeps happening. Perhaps $5.50/month is worth paying for the rest of my life to avoid calling them again to complain. Maybe I'll just have to close my bank account to get them to stop. - Verizon H8er ID: 41B2D1 |
