We are always getting long distance charges for phone calls we've never made. They cannot even tell us who they were made to but SWEAR WEEEEEEE made these calls. We don't even know anyone is any of these off the wall states we get billed for calling. What a bunch of freaking LIARS! I HAAAAATE Verizon! As for their Internet "no" service....just send you a few things in the mail and expect YOU to do their job OR....after being hung up on MANY times on endless hold, they FINALLY hook you up to some Indian/Pakistani guy who speaks almost NO English as "tech support" who speaks techy in Hindi or whatever language they speak. It's rediculous. I've tried since October to get a living person to come and properly install this internet but NOOOOOO. Nothing to love about this company!!!! - Verizon H8er ID: 76C5C5 |
