| Did you get your deposit back? |
Usually a person with a low credit score is required to leave a hefty deposit to get a wireless phone. According to the plan, pay your bills on time for one year and you will automatically get you deposit refunded in the mail. Well it took me two years and God knows how many phone calls before some one realized I was being jerked around. Every representative gave their own reasons as to why I was not refunded. So I did a little survey with my friends and most were required to leave a deposit and have yet to receive their money back 1, 2 3 even 4 years after signing up for service.
