| Verizon Sucks. Period. |
How many hours have I spent on hold with these idiots over the last 8 months? Almost 20. 20 hours on hold, being transferred from one dim-wit to another, one department to another, all to correct a mistake that Verizon had made. They suck. I called today to cancel my account altogether, guess how long I spent on hold? 1 1/2 hours. I don't dare hang up, because I know when I call back, it will all just happen again.
Verizon is bar-none, the most mind-numbingly disorganized company I have ever come across in my 34 years. If I wasn't a customer, it would be laughable. Since I am, it's just pathetic and stupid. Verizon sucks. - Verizon H8er ID: 9FDD74 |
