| Bad Phone Line |
My outside phone line went bad after only 4 years. They said 'that happens sometimes'. ITS A BRAND NEW HOUSE!!!! Then on april 27, 2007 I was told it would be replaced in 7-10 days. Here it is day 33!! Numerous messages have been left by me at their 'buried drops' number. I have been told 7 times by customer service that someone will call me back...STILL WAITING!!
