Horrible to their Customers

I just bought my phone a few months ago, and it no longer works. I bought insurance for the phone for this exact purpose and have been told by their customer service representatives that they will not give me a new one, despite my insurance. Everybody I know with Verizon hates the company, the phones, and their customer service representatives. Unreal.
