what is verizons value proposition

its amazing how the company has failed to consider all these negative faadback and find a lasting solution. I am of d opinion dat whatthey need is a customer service executive who candrive customer centric culture within their organisation. As of now, this role may not have existed and if a company like walmart can preach customer centricity to d letter, then Verizon needs to wake up from their slumbers or kick their business goodbye.
