CUSTOMER SERVICE

The customer service rep I just spoke to tried to tell me that they are 400 people and all human- LOL. I said, "Aren't you all supposed to be hired to follow the same rules, regulations, and protocol? If you are all working for Verizon Wireless than you all must have the same book from where to learn? It has nothing to do with your personality or individuality".
