| Thank God i'm not with Verizon anymore |
Verizon Wireless has the worst customer service of any business of any type that i have ever had to deal with. They have to charge early termination fees or they would never make any money off people because once people quickly realize that they've bought into Verizon Wireless's lies and purchased a two year contract, they get out. Verizon Wireless has the highest turn-over rate for customers of any cell phone company, and it's no wonder why. Thank god I switched to a different company; it may not be perfect but it's not verizon, and that's as close to perfect as is necessary for me. - Verizon H8er ID: 03E5F4 |
