| Four Phones in Two Weeks |
Okay, so I had a phone, a LG 3300. One day the display stops working. Okay, no biggie, I've had it for about 6 months and the display stopped working. That's okay, it's under warranty, I'll get it fixed/replaced. I go to the store, go through the blah blah and I receive a replacement phone. Everything is cool for the next day or so, then the pound key is stuck. I have yet to use the phone, damage it in any way and every time I open the phone, there is nothing but pound signs and the dull tone of the key. The only was to stop this madness is to turn off the phone. Okay, I go back to the store. "Hey, the pound key is stuck." This time the send me a replacement in the mail. A few days later I get my replacement phone #3. Within the day, the display won't come on. I activated it, sat it next to my desk and when I opened it the next morning, the display was black. I go back again, very miffed and am like, look, I want a phone that freaking works okay? There are apologies and a replacement is being sent. So in about 2-3 days, I will have my new phone. Here's to hoping #4 will actually f-ing work.
I just wonder, are these replacement phones just other people's broken phones?! - Verizon H8er ID: F4AD4A |
