Um, up and down, complex and confusing to sales staff

I went to the Verizon store last month on a cell issue; while there I spoke with a nice young man about lowering my phone bill. he assured me a certain package would REDUCE the bill by about $10.

The new bill got here today, it went up about $40. I AM VERY PISSED.

Monday I go to the store and find him, and it's going to get ugly. It will start off polite and nasty and quiet, and proceed gradually to screaming so everyone in god's little acre hears about his deeds. I DEMAND JUSTICE.
