1. Called to activate. unable. Order # not accepted.
2. Called to activate. unable. Order # not accepted.
3. Called to activate. unable. Transferred to agent. Hung up on.
4. Called customer service. Rep transferred me IMMEDIATELY when I said the word activation to automated system.
5. Called business services. Said my ESN was not an ESN (permanently printed on back of BlackBerry). Hung up on.
6. Called business services again. Said I have 20 lines of service and 120 with their competitor because of issues like this. On hold for 45 minutes. Phone Activated. - Verizon H8er ID: 578523 |
