Verizon upper management

Verizon's upper level management practices are sometimes out of line with reality. The three companies that make up Verizon, GTE, Bell Atlantic and NYNEX have yet to gain control of this disjointed company. Billing procedures , financial operations , outside plant functions are all being administered with a system of patchwork and vague procedures.
