Verizon sucks

Just keep it simple. Get a new phone the billing was alright untill this month. This month it was over 40$ over the usual. I asked for a detailed bill and I get it. ALL of the charges was made to my phone bill for calling a toll free 800 number.(I had a calling card that I used often). I am trying to resolve the issue with them since last week but no result yet.
