| VERIZON -- spread the risk & avoid problems |
We are a large media company that has just moved out to a new place. VERIZON has been scheduled to provide DSL, fax and phones. As you may figure out that company has not kept its promise. It has been 3 days since our system is down and no VERIZON worker is scheduled. If you call a VERIZON guy who fixes the problem (Louis) you will hear a SPRING-NEXTEL voice message ;--)
Well... as many other naive "customers" we made a mistake "going cheap" with VERIZON. It makes bunch of sense to have phones with one company and Internet with another one.
That's just a cautious tale on our end.
