| WHERE'S MY F-ING PASSWORD |
Hi...My phone is busted. Meaning my screen is white with black crack marks.
I want to activate my old phone...which WORKS.
I go to store...they want $20...just so I can get calls on a phone that the screen isn't in 50 million pieces.
Then they say, "well, you can set up a "My Account" and do it for free.
I'm like...okay...
I go...online...at my tiny library. I mean if I'm worried about $20 I'm obviously too poor to afford a computer and internet. I'm alotted 30 minutes to do my thing.
I go to verizonwireless.com set up an account (which oddly says "temporarily out of service" but I manage to set up my account anyway...
Then...they send me a computer generated temporary password so I can log into my new account...via f-ing text...
TEXT!!!!!!!!!
Stupid...Bastards.
If I had a f-ing screen...I wouldn't need to set up this f-ing account.
I just want to find whomever's stupid idea to text a f-ing password to my phone...then they send me an e-mail..."For your security, you will not receive this password via email."
BUT YOU'LL SEND IT TO MY F-ING PHONE?!?!?!!?
raise your hand if your friends, relitives, boy/girlfriend, strangers on the bus, has looked through your phone.
