| Being Billed For No Service |
My telephone service with Verizon was to start on 11/30/07 and my DSL service on 12/06/07. The DSL service has never worked. The telephone service has only worked a total of 6 days in the 27 days I had service with them and I have a $118.16 bill. I have taken off work to be available for technicians who never showed up, after being told to give them a chance. I have also been told there will be charge for cancelling service that never worked by a billing representative but I have an email for a repair representative who says he does on see why I would be charged for service never received. - Verizon H8er ID: EFDA1C |
