| A 2 for 1 deal - but not for you - you're a customer |
My son wanted to buy a chocolate phone and they had a 2 for 1 deal going...so I thought what the hell. The web site doesn't really work - so I call, wait the usual 10 minutes and then this kid says I can't take advantage of the 2 for 1 because only one phone is eligible for the upgrade! So basically BECAUSE I am a current Verizon customer I get screwed over - not the usual verizon customer screw over - the I want to buy something from them so then they screw me over....God how I hate them. - Verizon H8er ID: AA58FA |

| 08/15/09 | 21:48PM | | lame! you sign a contract that allows you to upgrade 20 months into a 24 month contract and when you want a new phone it isn't Verizon's fault you are not eligible. Sign a 1 yr contract pay more for the phone and upgrade every 10 months!! - Verizon H8er ID: 885E15 |
