Bunch of lying bastards!

After making ten phone calls in one week to upgrade my plan and phone, I found out that everyone I spoke to lied. Even worse there were no record of my calls in thier call logs.

I think when the reps get tired of talking to a customer, they just promise the world, and don't document the call.
