WTF, all I want is a camera phone...
Yes, from experience, Verizon is pretty bad. One thing you all should know, however, Verizon's customer service is 100 times better than Cingular. Yes, Cingular IS that bad... At least V never told me "I know that $250 in phone charges charged to your account 60 days after it was closed was an error, but since we sent you a bill you have to pay it"
