Cancelling SERVICE

The Verizon Automated system is UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
I just called it and it has sent me through hoop after hoop and after in some cases 10 minutes, it then says "I'm sorry I cannot process your call, please hang up". It then disconnects you!

After 3 trys, I stopped trying.
