Verizon is a JOKE

This is ths wayt shortened version...

-Cancelled service due to the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life (won't bore anyone with the long drawn out gorry details)
-They decided to then 2 months later install FIOS in my neighborhood and completed ruined the sidewalk in front of my house and installed utilty boxes into my grass without permission.

I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE them. I will NEVER do service with them ever again.
