That's right! I submitted a request to correct my credit report for the $50.00 they charged off in my name! I called Verizon's "Customer Service" line FIVE TIMES in two months to have them correct this mistake. I had a 14 day "Free trial" and they hosed my credit report almost 100 points by their action! They said that I owed them for a activation fee which was supposed to be waived. So, they kept passing the buck to some charge-off division and they wouldn't repair it. Needless to say, the Better Business Buereu came through for me like champs and got it removed. No more Verizon!!!
