charges for nonexistant usage

I have been a long time customer of Verizon, but lately they have been charging my home phone account for "Directory Assistance". Now, the first month it's happened, they gave us credit after I called up Customer Service. This month, they did the exact same thing. I promptly called them up and said that they had billed me for directory assistance. The woman on the line was incredibly rude and condescending and I explained to her further that no one used it. She says that I dont control my children and that they probably did it. The fact that everyone has a cell phone in the house plus no one uses the home phone just wasnt logical to that sad excuse of a customer service representative. She repeatedly goes on to say that my children probably did it, and doesnt admit that it was a billing mistake. I promptly told the whore to cut off my phone then because I refuse to pay for one of their money making schemes.
