Verizon Horror

The latest of several; my line has been totally dead for 8 days! Everything was disconnected from the phone box so there is no possible problem with anything connected to the outside telephone lines. I waited the 4 days for repair and got nothing; 3 days after they said they would repair it, still nothing. So eight days have passed and I get nothing, not even an explanation. Their repair service is the true pits.
