| Can't switch rooms in same building! |
I have been on the phone with Verizon every day for the past 10 days trying to get my mother's phone switched from her old apt. to her new assisted living room in THE SAME BUILDING! I thought it would take me about 15 minutes to do this over the phone 10 days ago. I have now spent about 15 hours on this and again as of 4PM today I am told by a supervisor that a new work order has been put in and someone will be out there tomorrow! I live 45 minutes away from my mother's facility. She does not have a computer or I would switch her to an internet based service.
