| EVIL? or just VERIZON |
They asked me to switch my phone service. I didn't ask them. So. like the sucker I was, I did. Within a week the phone was crackling the DSL developed PMS and they wanted to charge me $280 for technical support to come out and fix it. "It's O.K." I say to myself in 5 mo. my DSL contract is over.
NOT SO FAST,CHUMP!
You have a new contract for DSL, read the 18 page fine print we mailed you last year. Adding phone changes your DSL contract. You owe us $87 more dollars for the shittiest service in the world.
