| The world is about to end ! |
I have always had problems with Verizon customer service. Their employees are arogant and usually wrong. They lie about what they can and will do, and make promises that they know will not be kept just to enhance their performance ratings. Yes, they SUCK.
However, I just had a problem with my home phone, and I called Verizon repair and made an appointment for a house call. I was expecting the worst, as usuall. But, instead of pulling the usual Verizon bullshit, the guy showed up early, recognized the problem, repaired it free of charge in about 10 minutes and left, cleaning up behind himself.
