no customer service

I have had t-mobile for 5 years.verizon has told me that i opened 5 accounts with them.I have told repeatedly that i dont have a wirelees account with them.They tell me that they dont have to provide me with a signed contract. they now have reported me to a collection agency.now they say i have to file a police report or they will sue me.can you hear me now.THEY ARE CROOKS.
