Continued Bad Service

I moved on April 17th and was sold a new package with telephone and vios internet service. For 6 days I had no telephone service or internet. Last Friday I tried to get into my e-mail remotely and discovered it has been dis-armed. I also discovered that I have no internet service at home. I have spent hours on the telephone and get no where. I just get transferred from one area to another and the problem never gets resolved. Clearly customer don't matter to Verizon.
