| Mismanagement |
Many of us were forced to work mantainence because the copper plant is so bad. However, when we asked for tools to perform repair we were told to borrow them from someone. They ask us to do more with less when they do "LESS with more! Now after such poor service to our copper customers we're going to convince them to buy FIOS.
