| gotta agree. as a ibew employee in rhode island i can say that the union is weak and does not represent its workers correctly. instead of helping, they actually make you feel like you are bothering them. contractual rules are broken each and every day and not only do the stewards have no testicular fortitude, the union turns its head. wonder why 6 guys have died in 18 months. what a joke. company and union. hope both go down in flames. - Verizon H8er ID: 16D18D |

worst UNION EVER!! they dont represent the union members who are paying for them!!! Bill McGowan sold his soul to vz managers for fios.. soo now we get no representation!!Grievances?? has anyone ever won one ? or did they even file them!!!! not only does Local2323 get harrassed by management they also get treated like were scum from our own union???

| as a manager i can say that the company is playin hardball.....the union made a major mistake and the union will be busted....i also have been told by many union employees that have said they will cross the picket line....most of these people r not happy with the horrid union leadership.
