| i hate verison so much |
ok i had a razor one of shittest phones known to mankind it stopped working so i took it in on a warranty they claimed it had water damage bc the lil dot on the back was pink however said pink dot had been pink when i received it a fwe months before
the warranty palce then informed me that if i was to call in on the warrenty i would have to pay to have it shipped and tested for water damage
if it was water damage i would have to pay for that phone and a new phone which bull shit
well we decide to do it anyway bc it was a programing prblm. they sent a new phone to replace it while we waited on test. they sent the wrong kind of phone so the local store refused to activate it. we then held that phone hostage tell they sent a new phone of the right type. the new phone arrived only to be a pay as u go phone and couldnt be used on our plan
we then called and cussed out the company. we ended up having to get a used phone from a uncle. we then had that phone activated and tested then the employee informed me that in the transfer my contacts had been lost
