well Mr. Call Center, My wife works in one of those hell holes. She has seen union brothers and sisters walked right out the door . They were fired for not meeting a sales quota, missing a break, and some of the most minute errors. These folks have sometime 20 years seniority. She loves her job but it is killing her and it started right after the merger.
