LIARS...LIARS...LIARS....

I had Verizon DSL and called to cancel it..spoke to some Indian who barely spoke english..told him I wanted to stop the service,he said he would take care of it..basically It wasnt cancelled and I kept getting charged for over 6 months!! for dsl for no reason..and I had no choice but to pay....
