| Massive Overages |
I have an unlimited everything plna. Someone explain how my monthly charges are typically in the $6-900.00 ranges? No downloads, not excessive 411 calls, no nothing. Every month I have to go round and round with customer service, get it escalated to management, then there's the "Oh, I'm so sorry-we'll fix it", until the next monththat it's wrong again.
