| Abusive representatives |
Discontinued internet and DirecTV in April. Kept the phone service, however have been harassed because of over billing. Apparently Customer diservice is unable to deal with the internet billing. After calls of over an hour each, three months in a row, received confirmation numbers, collected names, the bill is not resolved. Collection agents do not care, everyone we speak to says it means nothing. we pay it or they will destroy our credit rating.
Wow, such a nice way to work with a customer to resolve an issue.
These tactis really should be brought to some kind of class action suit.

| 07/22/08 | 15:14PM | | VZ reps have the absolute worse software to manage and administer customers accounts. The systems in place often vary by state. Bell Atlantic and GTE areas are different as well. They also seem to fail for hours at a time. Customers call in to beaytch about federal ,state and local taxes that cannot be deducted by any means.
