| 14 YEAR EMPLOYEE |
AS AN EMPLOYEE OF VERIZON I MUST ADMIT THAT THERE ARE GUYS WHO DONT WORK AS HARD AS THEY SHOULD. GUYS LIKE MYSELF AND A FEW OTHERS CARRY THE LOAD WHILE CERTAIN PEOPLE DOG IT. IM A UNION MEMBER BUT THIS MUST BE ADDRESSED. THESE GUYS KISS THE BOSSES ASS SO THEY CAN PLAY AROUND WHILE CERTAIN GUYS JUST DO THEIR JOBS. MAYBE BARGAINING WOULD BE EASIER IF ALL OF US UNION MEMBERS PULLED OUR WEIGHT.I KNOW IN THE CREW I WORK WITH, ONLY 2 OF US WORK HARD.
