| A new low... |
I cancelled my DSL service, they told me I could access my emails for 24 hours, but that was a lie. All of my archived emails are gone, and since I am in the middle of buying and selling a house, there were important documents. I have just wasted 50 minutes of my life calling customer service trying to reactivate my account so I can move the emails. They are gone, I guess I get what I deserve for trying to get away from the Verizon Monopoly, the same one that just doubled my DSL bill. - Verizon H8er ID: EAFE62 |

| 08/09/08 | 8:19AM | | Not sure how thats VZ fault. Email 101 try using Outlook, Mac Mail or Thunderbird next time you never keep your email on ISP's server read TOS they are not responsible for anything that can happen to your mail. - Verizon H8er ID: 82CC11 |
