| They're Really Not That Bad... |
I have been with Verizon Wireless for over 5 years now, and yeah they are a little more expensive than some other carriers and the 2-year contract is a pain (but most cell companies have that now), but I have never had a negative customer service experience-in fact everyone that I have talked to has been happy to help, even with I ask "dumb" questions. If there ever is any issue with my bill they have always reversed the charges. Even recently, when I upgraded my plan to a family plan they charged me with a $15 activation for my old line because they accidently disconnected it, and I gave them a call and right then and there that reversed the charge...just wanted to throw in my 2 cents... - Verizon H8er ID: CC08AA |
