| I too hate Verizon |
They don't offer Fios in my area. They advertised the triple pack which puts you on the top of the list, which would include DSL until Fios was available. So it would be Verizon phone, Dish network, and DSL. We checked with the service rep on the phone and he said, yes you can have DSL. So we bit, and they came out and we couldn't even have DSL! They offerred us a freaking dial-up connection for internet as a substitute. They came out after Dish installed their hardware, and then Dish refused to let us out of our agreement. Talk about bait and switch. So now have Dish for cable, Verizon for phone, and because we didn't accept their offer of a dial-up connection for internet Charter for internet - Verizon H8er ID: E1DE40 |
