VERIZON IS A FACIST MF

is it possible to have true rage for a faceless company? why yes it is. could they be less helpful more stupid more inconsiderate more anger inspiring? i dont want to know. now that i have finally decided to transfer and stop banging my head against the wall for decent service they f'n freeze the account so you cant change your number and you can only call them during their hours of convenience to get the run around prior to a "potential" unfreeze. damn it is this really america?
