| Replacement phone |
So I bought a phone from verizon - the i760 PDA and the touch screen is completely out of wack. Could not configure and soft and hard resets did not solve the issue. I have a expanded battery pack for the i760 because I am constantly out in the field. I need the reliablity of having that extra charge.
I asked that the phone be replaced because of the malfunctioning touch screen. When I went to the store the notifed me that all of their i760's have been recalled do to another manufacturing defect - whatever. So they replaced my phone with the VX6800 phone.
I asked that the expanded battery be included with this phone so that I could have that reliability when out in the field. When I received that phone, i did not receive the expanded battery.
I called verizon toefiled a complaint (the only complaint that I have ever filed with them). I simply asked that I have the expand battery free of charge since I was suppose to have the phone and features replaced with a similar phone.
They told me that they would cover half of the charge and proceeded to lie to me about advertized pricing as well as standby power levels. I spent 2 hundred dollars a month for all the features that I have with them and they cannot replace what I originally purchased for what costs them $30? - Verizon H8er ID: F88A0A |
