I am on my second curve in less than a months of first purchase. The speaker goes out and they give me a refurbished phone after I purchased a new one.
this company really sucks. I hope some of the other companies crush these folks. I hate for the inocent to lose jobs but most of these people are just liars trained by Verizon. - Verizon H8er ID: F49603 |

Try the land line ripoff... Just to hear the ringing on the other end, they charge you for a full minute of phone call, even if you never talk to anyone, or hear a answering maching.... they charge you just for the " connection fee"
Also, they have an overlap system that keeps your phone connected after you hang up, even if you never talk to anyone.... just long enough to charge you for a phone call... when you hang up you think it's over... verizon is charging even after you hang up the phone for nothing ! - Verizon H8er ID: 361862 |
