I HATE VERIZON

I have been disconnected 2 times in the last month,, why?? who fucking knows they dont but they give me hell about getting it re connected and they even charged me a connection fee? When i complained i got sent to some guy in fucking india and needless to say i got no resolve!!! Is there a better carrier or are they all the same?? This is just a small part of the headache!
