Could not buy services

10/23/08 Moving and wanted to sign up for internet and tv service. Tried to order online to no avail. Waited 4 times for 10 min(my limit) to speak to a human. I had cablevision and sprint which have been excellent. They couldn't figure out how to sell me their services. I didn't want to be another angry customer. NOw they can ;not anger me and take my money!
